It is obtained by distfllation in traditional discantinuous copper stills of fresh grape marc produced in the D.O.C.G. area of Aglianico. The process of ageing it in oak barrels for 12 months brings out on intense amber-yellow colour. Soft taste, intense scent with vanilla and chocolate hints. Perfect with smokeds cheese, dark chocolate and nuts.

Serving Temperature:

12-16°C. Cooler temperatures may be recommendable during summer.
